It’s three weeks in and counting of Lahnee’s nutritional journey and there are signs of positive progress. Lahnee has found that her digestive symptoms have reduced and she is no longer experiencing the frustrating bloating, especially on waking. Lahnee even told me she could see her top abs coming through which I think every woman loves. 🙂
Lahnee has also found that her energy is increasing and that although it is not a priority, her weight has reduced.
Over the coming weeks after receiving Lahnee’s test results I have started her on a short course of anti-microbials to work on improving her digestive health (the core of our health) along with some iron to build her iron status. This iron will be absorbed more effectively once the bad bacteria have been removed.
Lahnee and I also discussed how to diversify her food intake further along with making sure it is fundamentally nutritionally balanced with wholefoods.
