4 week functional testing & dietary planning workshop

This online workshop is designed specifically for students and practitioners looking to learn more in this space. Dive deep into gut based functional testing and learn how to implement dietary protocols in relation to results to gain the best outcomes for your clients. In this online Zoom workshop, your weekly lessons with Jessica will include:

Lesson 1: Introduction – Understanding the importance of individualised treatment and assessment.

In this lesson we will look at:

  • The importance of functional testing in unison with the individual 
  • The integral component of case taking 
  • Understanding and respecting your client’s individual needs 
  • How to decide on the most appropriate functional testing for your client

Lesson 2: Function Testing –  Comprehensive Stool Testing – learn how to read and interpret stool testing and create treatment protocols. In this lesson you will learn:

  • Difference between PCR/DNA and culturing

  • SCFA importance, ratios and systemic effects
