The Real Food & Detox Reset (Vegetarian Edition) is an adaption of our foundational Real Food Reset guide and is designed to fuel your body with whole foods and create a nourishing foundation, with added gentle detoxification support. We have designed the 4-week rotational dietary plan to follow entirely, however you may want to utilise parts of it that suit your personal lifestyle or family needs. The dietary plan has been divided into 2 weeks, so please repeat Week 1 & 2 for Week 3 & 4.
The Real Food & Detox Reset (Vegetarian Edition) can be complemented by the our Practitioner Prescribed Supplement Pack to support digestive health and detoxification organs throughout the 4 weeks further available in our online shop. Please note, these supplements are optional; your dietary intake is your core foundation.
