    Pure brilliance!
    I’ve been waiting to get my hands on this ‘food bible’ since I head Jess was creating it & believe me it’s a masterpiece.
    It’s well worth investing in – full of amazing recipes that are rich in deliciousness and also convenience. Plus lots of educational info explained in a very relatable way. Can’t wait to make even more of the gems in this book!

    Such a beautiful book!

    It was a cold day when mine arrived. I curled up on the couch under a blanket and with a cup of tea warming my hands & read it from cover to cover. I love that Jess takes you on the journey of her life which lead her to writing this book. There is something comforting in reading a book by a nutritionist who has had to overcome their own health experiences. She explains everything in such an easy way to understand. You don’t need a chemistry degree to follow it. The recipes are delicious & the gorgeous photography makes your mouth water.

    This cookbook is insanely good! I use it on a weekly basis. Even my husband (who does not have any food intolerances) uses it all the time and has mentioned how great the recipes are. Whenever I cook from E.A.T I know the food is going to be incredibly delicious AND I will still feel great afterwards. E.A.T also makes a great gift!

    This is such a beautiful cookbook that provides so much helpful nutritional information. I believe there’s something for everyone, as it has a great variety of recipes that accommodates all cooking abilities. Highly recommend purchasing one for yourself and as a thoughtful gift!

    Ive had this book as my go to for 2 years now. I borrowed it from a friend initially and quickly needed my own copy. Really great recipes for all times of the day. Especially helpful when taking food/hosting for people who may have dietary requirements.
    Money well spent, still use weekly.

    Definitely recommend! This cookbook is one I return to at least weekly- the recipes taste good as well as being good for you plus- they just work. Great spread of dinner options, baked goods and things that freeze well.
