This May I am very proud to be an ambassador for Mindful in May and joining thousands across the globe taking just 10 minutes each day to bring more mindfulness into our everyday lives.  Mindful In May (MIM) is a global movement aimed at bringing mindfulness into our lives through meditation, while also raising funds for clean water projects in Uganda.

Each year MIM strives to help raise funds to build clean water projects in developing countries. The donations and sponsorship funds raised through Mindful in May will support Charity Water, a not for profit organisation that donates 100% of funds to the water projects.

As an ambassador I have created my own online meditation/fundraising team, and would love to invite you to join me! You can join my team here for $30 and/or sponsor me through the month of may by donating to the cause.
